1. Why isn’t Myzone showing up in the list of available devices?  

  1. Myzone uses ANT+ connectivity, which can sometimes take a bit longer to appear compared to Bluetooth. Please give it a moment and see if it shows up.
  2. Also, make sure you're connected to the Myzone app — the device often needs to be actively paired there first. Check within the Myzone app to confirm it’s showing as connected.
